Can I use super to pay for advice?

Yes, provided the financial advice you receive relates only to superannuation. If your advice covers both superannuation and personal areas, super can assist in funding some of the cost.

I’ve gone through the process of seeking advice before and didn’t have a good experience, how is NEW different?

When you become a client of NEW you become part of our family. You will work with your Adviser Matt directly, now and for the long term. Our goal is to work with a select group of people who connect with our values of loyalty, positivity and trust. Let us share with you a NEW financial experience.

When should I see a Financial Adviser?

One of the biggest misconceptions people have is that you need to have built your financial wealth before seeing a Financial Adviser. The path to building wealth starts with making the right financial decisions early and creating a plan, both of which an adviser can help you do. There are so many benefits of having a financial expert with you on your journey.

We believe it is never too early to speak with a Financial Adviser, it will be a great opportunity to learn and build a connection with someone who can either help you now or in future.

How do NEW go about booking an advice discovery session and what does it cost?

Our process starts by getting to know each other over an initial phone call which you can book through our home page. We will then arrange a face to face advice discovery meeting, both of these come at no cost to you.

If you chose to proceed with NEW to the next stage the costs of which will then be discussed with you.

Do you assist with Centrelink?

No, Centrelink advice is not an area of speciality that Newcastle Empowered Wealth work in however there are many other Advisers available who can assist.
