The process of working with NEW in seeking financial advice can be broken down into 3 stages, following a general timeline from the date of your enquiry:
2 Days from Your Enquiry – 15 minute phone call with Emily Coombs (Paraplanning Manager) to book your Financial Clarity Call with our Financial Adviser.
2 Months from Your Enquiry – 30 minute Financial Clarity Call with Matthew Clements, the Financial Adviser of NEW, to understand your advice needs and determine whether these needs match the advice we deliver at NEW.
4 Months from Your Enquiry – 2 hour Advice Discovery Meeting with Matthew Clements which is the first in person meeting with our Financial Adviser to comprehensively discuss the financial advice that can help you achieve your goals.
